July 4th Lookbook: A Comfy and Casual Look

Everyone needs an outfit that's comfy for the holidays. Personally, I loveee to dress up and be all decked out on any holiday, but I know that anything more than a couple hours of it is going to have me tired (especially my feet after some time in heels!). Thus, the 2nd look in my 4th of July Lookbook is super casual and comfy. This look would work really well if your plans are similar to staying in during the holiday and having friends/family over or maybe heading to a local park to watch fireworks.

Let's get into the outfit details! The piece that really makes this outfit for me is the American flag shirt. It's so comfortable I could wear it all day long. The pants (also called joggers) I'm wearing are also super comfy and laid back. They're definitely a style I'd rock while running errands or lounging at a friend's place. Of course, a denim jacket is the perfect layer for when you head out to see the fireworks later at night and need that extra warmth. I love this cropped medium light washed one because it goes with everything while not making me feel like I have a huge jacket on. You could totally pair this look with some slides or even tennis shoes, but I love these strappy block heels that always take an outfit from super relaxed to a little bit extra (hehe). Plus, as a short girl, I'm just used to wearing a little bit of a heel everyday. Oooh and I can't forget about the accessories in this look! Let's start with these trendy clear glasses that I've been seeing everywhere! I think these huge round clear frames are perfect for this look and match the other gold accessories really well. A statement ring and a few simple bracelets tie this look together and make for great conversational pieces. All the items I just described, and are pictured below, will also be linked at the very end!

P.S. I promise I'm not on my phone this much in daily life ;) It just so happened that the best lighting was around when I was hehe. If you haven't already, check out part 1 of my July 4th Lookbook (An Effortless Day to Night Look) here! Wishing you an amazing holiday weekend <3
